As a member of the Miles College Sports Hall of Fame, I understand that my public actions, including all social media activities, reflect directly on the Hall of Fame and Miles College. I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I will maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times in public and private settings.

• I will refrain from posting or sharing content that is discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, threatening, or otherwise harmful to the reputation of the Miles College Sports Hall of Fame or Miles College.

• I will avoid engaging in online behavior that could reasonably be interpreted as unethical, offensive, or contrary to the values of Miles College.

• I understand that posts, images, videos, or public statements that negatively impact the Hall of Fame may result in review of my membership status, including potential disciplinary action as determined by the Hall of Fame Executive Committee.

• I affirm that I will represent at all times the Miles College Sports Hall of Fame at all times with dignity, professionalism, and pride in all public and digital spaces.
